PELLETIZING EQUIPMENT FOR POLYMER CHIP CUTTING
LUNARMECH MACHINENFABRIK manufacture state-of-the-art strand pelletizing equipment in size varying from 50mm to 300mm, suitable for capacities 50 kg/2000 kg/hr on applications for PA 6, PET, ABS, HDPE and LDPE and PP, filled and unfilled polymers. 

The high-tech systems are manufactured with corrosion-resistant steels. Cutting rotors are made of chrome steel, SS, stellite and TC-edged for operations where wear-resistance is required. Systems can be operated by variable motors or by frequency drives.

Below are two types of pelletizers being manufactured by us. Each are again available in different capacities.
